CU24 Card sign-up instruction
- Download the CU24 Card request form and print it on your printer.
- Complete the CU24 Card Order Form (be sure to read the CU24 Card Agreement).
- Mail the CU24 Card Order Form (third page) to us and leave the CU24 Card Agreement for your records.
- Your Credit Union 24 Card will arrive about 10 days after we receive your request
