VISA Classic Credit Card sign-up instruction
- Download the VISA Classic Credit Card request form and print it on your printer.
- Complete the VISA Credit Card Application (be sure to read the VISA Classic Credit Card Agreement & Disclosure Statement).
- Mail the VISA Classic Credit Card Application (third page) to us and leave the VISA Classic Credit Card Agreement & Disclosure Statement for your records.
- Currently only accepting applications for Credit Union members only.
